Armenian and English will be the official languages of the association.

Mission:
The mission of the association is to draw on the Armenian heritage, the diverse entrepreneurial and business strength and experience of it's members in order to increase communication and cooperation between Armenian jewelers.
Purpose and objectives:

Our purpose and objective is to bring together Armenian Jewelers to develop the jewelry industry in Armenia.

To unite individual businessmen, merchants, manufacturers, traders, agents, industrialists and executives of Armenian descent who are involved in the jewelry industry, into an association to co-operate in the economic development and general welfare of the Armenian Jewelers.

To lobby for and promote legislation and regulations affecting jewelry trade and commerce in Armenia, internationally and nationally in their respective region.
To promote regional and international trade and commerce by way of promoting foreign and local investments in Armenia and the export to foreign countries of Armenian made jewelry and services.

To identify and promote new areas of jewelry related business ventures, including without limitation potentional joint ventures, and to effectively communicate this information to the members.

To provide the forum for discussions and counseling on business problems common to its members.

To promote trade and other dealings between members of the association.

To obtain preferential rate for international and regional common services, such as insurance, banking, legal accounting, freight, advertising, telecommunications, computer services, transportation and other common services incidental to carrying on the business of its members.

To formulate a form of ethics.

To enter into any arrangements with authorities responsible for Armenian or foreign institutions, such as museums and obtain from such authorities any rights, privileges and concessions to exhibit, publish and promote historic Armenian jewelry artifacts.

To co-operate and work with other jewelry associations.

To provide various means of networking between Armenian Jewelers, and all the Armenian jewelry companies around the world.

Membership:
Membership in the association shall be by invitation only.
Membership in the Association is limited to individual membership only.
Membership is to be limited to individuals interested in furthering the mission and the objectives of the Armenian Jewelers Association and subscribe to the

Corporation's Code of Ethics.

All applications for membership must be sponsored by two (2) members in good standing and receive the approval of the board.

A prospective member must:

Be of the age of legal majority in their respective countries.

Be of Armenian descent or married to one.

Be engaged in or associated with the operation of business in the jewelry industry for minimum of twelve (12) months or who holds a senior management position in a jewelry industry institution of reasonable size.
